Interior designers, design engineers, 3D-designers, decorators, stylists who have been working in the interior design for 25 years. Together we have created and implemented more than 188 design projects of various levels of complexity including villas, apartments, restaurants, office spaces, decorations for TV shows.
Founder and chief architector Sergey Bazhenov currently lives and works in Moscow, Russia. He is a professional experienced architector graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute in 1996 with a degree in Architecture. He is a certified specialist of Archicad (Graphisoft) and 3ds Max (Autodesk).
Working on design projects we know that there are no impossible tasks for us, they can be difficult but we always find a solution to them.
The starting point is the technical task generated together with the client at face-to-face or online meetings. Together we set the scope of renovation work ("turnkey" or "interior update"), discuss the main planning tasks, determine stylistic preferences. Usually we ask the clients to show us images of interiors, furniture or decorative elements that they like. Based on this we make recommendations on the style of the future interior.
The main task of the design project is to formalize and fix the planning and stylistic solutions agreed with the client, taking into account the features and possibilities of the space, as well as combining ergonomics, comfort, style and client’s desire. Without a design project you may encounter misunderstandings with the construction company, mistakes in renovation work, unforeseen alterations and additional costs.
50% of the design project consists of floor plans that contain design and constructive concepts, including the layout of rooms, the location of equipment, engineering systems, furniture, specifications for finishing of floors, walls, ceilings. The second 50% are 3D renderings or photorealistic images of the interior, which reflect the stylistic concept of the interior and allow you to see the future interior in details.
The aim of the author's supervision is to bring to life those ideas and concepts that are represented in the design project. To do this it is necessary to ensure that the renovation work is carried out in accordance with the approved design project. In addition, unforeseen situations often appear during the renovation process, requiring modifications to the design project that will not change the concept in general.
In the work of a designer, it is important to be able to hear the client. Creating an interior design is always a collaboration, a special dialogue between the designer and the client. We do not give preference to any particular style. A professional designer knows how to create an interior that will meet the client’s desire and will be comfortable and stylish at the same time.
We believe that there should not be a compromise between comfort and beauty. The interior should be both beautiful and comfortable. This is exactly the job of a qualified designer - to use professional skills and knowledge and find solutions for a harmonious combination of beauty and comfort.
